Terms

These terms apply to anyone using grov.fun, whether through the API or by registering to complete tasks.

1. What the service is

grov sells social growth as a per-call API. You name a service, a target and an amount, you pay in USDC, and the growth is delivered to that target.

2. Paying

• Prices are quoted in USD and settled in USDC on the network you chose.
• The price returned in the 402 for your specific request is the price. Anything quoted elsewhere is indicative.
• Payments are on-chain and final. There is no chargeback mechanism, on our side or on the network itself.
• You are responsible for any tax that applies to you.

3. Delivery

• Orders are completed by people, so delivery builds up over time rather than landing at once. A slow order is not a failed order.
• The target must be publicly reachable for the whole order. A private, deleted or restricted target cannot be delivered to, and that is not refundable.
• An order that has genuinely failed on our side is either re-run or refunded, at our discretion. Contact us with the order id.
• We do not control the platform being grown. If a platform removes or hides what was delivered, that is outside what we can undertake.

4. What you may not buy

You may not use grov to target:

• Content that is illegal where you are or where we operate.
• Content that harasses, defames or endangers a person.
• Accounts you do not own or have not been asked to grow.
• Anything intended to deceive people about an election or a public safety matter.

We may refuse or stop any order on these grounds without notice. Repeated attempts end access.

5. Your secret

Each order returns a secret. It is a bearer token: whoever holds it can read that order. Keeping it safe is your responsibility, and it cannot be reissued.

6. If you register to earn

• Registering costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
• It does not guarantee work. How much is available depends on how much is being bought.
• Payment for completed tasks goes to the wallet address you registered.
• An incorrect wallet address means payment cannot arrive. Check it before submitting.
• We will never ask for a private key, a seed phrase or a payment from you. Anyone who does is not us.

7. Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw services. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order the claim concerns.

8. Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top changes when they do, and continuing to use the service after that means the new terms apply.
