Terms of Service

1. What the service is

grov sells social growth to people through the shop and to AI agents through a per-call API. You choose a service, target and quantity, complete the quoted payment, and the work is delivered to that target.

Each order is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription.

2. Prices and payment

The server calculates and freezes the quote for a checkout. The shop quote, or the 402 response for an agent request, is the authoritative price for that purchase.

Catalog prices are stated in USD. The final currency and amount shown by the external card payment service at checkout are what you authorize. Your card issuer or another third party may apply currency conversion or other fees under its own terms.

Card payment uses a secure embedded or hosted service identified in the checkout. That company processes the payment under the payment and privacy terms shown there. grov does not receive or store raw card details.

Wallet payments settle on the selected network. Network transfers are irreversible, although an approved or legally required refund may be sent as a separate transfer. You are responsible for any tax that applies to you.

3. Delivery

Payment success and delivery are separate. A paid checkout can contain several items, and each item has its own order and delivery status.

Work can begin promptly after payment is confirmed and builds over time because people complete small tasks. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless we explicitly agree otherwise. A delay can be reviewed, but delay is not an indefinite excuse for non-delivery.

The target must remain public and reachable for the whole order. You are responsible for entering the correct target and quantity. Subject to rights the law does not allow us to exclude, we do not offer a discretionary refund for a wrong or inaccessible target, or because you change your mind after work starts.

The platform being grown can remove, hide or recalculate activity. That is outside our control unless a specific service promise or applicable law says otherwise. See grov.fun/refunds for the refund rules.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use grov for unlawful activity, harassment, defamation, danger to a person, election deception or public-safety deception. You must own the account or have permission to grow it. We may refuse or stop orders on these grounds, and repeated attempts may end access.

• Do not target content that is illegal where you are or where we operate.
• Do not target content that harasses, defames or endangers a person.
• Do not target an account without its owner's permission.
• Do not use the service to deceive people about an election or public-safety matter.

5. Private access

An API order secret and the private part of a checkout link are bearer credentials. Anyone holding one can read the related order or checkout. Keep them safe. An API order secret cannot be reissued, and browser checkout history can disappear if browser storage is cleared.

6. Registering to earn

Registration is free and creates no commitment or guarantee of work. Available work depends on what is being bought. Payment for completed tasks goes to the wallet address you register, so check it before submitting. We will never ask for a private key, seed phrase or payment.

7. Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may change or withdraw services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where the law permits, our liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

8. Changes

Changes apply prospectively from the updated date. The version in effect when you purchase governs an existing order, unless a change is required by law or gives you greater rights.
