Orders and checkouts

For a checkout or order, we store the selected payment method, payment reference, service, quantity, target, amount, currency, status, timestamps, request IP address and user agent. For wallet payments, we also store the public wallet address, network and transaction reference. We use this information to take payment, deliver and track the order, prevent duplicate orders, provide support, investigate abuse and keep required records.

There is no grov buyer account. The external payment service may have its own account or verification process. A wallet address is pseudonymous, but public blockchain transfers and addresses can be viewed by anyone.

Card payments

The external payment company applicable to your purchase is identified at checkout and supplies its own privacy terms. It may handle billing details, card information, 3D Secure, fraud checks and identity checks where applicable.

grov receives identifiers, status, currency and amount needed to match the payment to the order. We do not receive or store a full card number or security code.

Wallet connections

Reown supplies the wallet connection interface and may receive the public address, selected network and wallet information needed for the connection. Wallet activity happens on public blockchains outside our control.

Contact and registration

A contact request stores your email address, request type and message, plus a Telegram username and order ID or payment reference when supplied. We use it to review and answer the request.

A worker registration stores the Telegram username, wallet address, selected chain, IP address and user agent. We use these details to contact you about tasks, protect the service and pay completed work. We do not sell or rent them for marketing.

Visits and browser storage

Vercel Analytics helps us understand aggregate page use without analytics cookies. Vercel and ordinary server infrastructure process request information and keep operational logs. Theme preference, cart contents, recent private checkout links and pending wallet-payment recovery details can be stored in your browser until you clear them.

Sharing and retention

We share information only as needed to operate the service, deliver an order, process a payment, secure the service, respond to you, or comply with law. Parties completing an order receive only the target and quantity, not who bought it.

We retain order, payment and related security records as needed for accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Contact and registration records are kept while needed for their stated purposes and related support or legal obligations. Browser records remain until you clear them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of personal information, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to a privacy authority. Make a request through grov.fun/contact. We may need to verify the request and may retain financial or other records where law requires or permits it.
