Email is the fastest route and it is read by a person.
About an order
Include the order id. It is the orderId field in the response you got when the order was created, and it looks like 7QK4M2XJ9BTN. Do not send us the secret: it is a bearer token and we do not need it to find your order.
About an integration
Most answers are already in the docs, the skill file or the OpenAPI document. If something there is wrong or missing, tell us and it gets fixed.
About a registration
Include the Telegram username you registered with. We will never ask you for a private key, a seed phrase or a payment of any kind.
